Refugee Changemakers Network-RECAN is a nonprofit Network of Refugee led Organizations and Initiatives working to reinforce the resilience and capacity of refugees in Uganda through leadership and refugee governance training, research and advocacy to ensure they are able to lead a happy and fulfilling life that sets them up for a positive future.
