What We Do

Through leadership and refugee governance training, research, and advocacy, we empower refugees to actively shape decisions that affect their lives and communities.

Problem

Refugee-led organizations and leaders face chronic burnout, limited NGO management skills, severe funding gaps, and fragmented coordination, undermining their impact and sustainability.

Capacity sharing

We will provide targeted capacity-sharing and mentorship for refugee leaders in NGO management, strategic planning, and resource mobilization.

Resource Mobilisation

We will provide technical support for refugee-led organizations, backed by donor engagement and innovative fundraising strategies.

Research

We will enable the creation of coordination and research platforms to enable collaboration, evidence-based advocacy, and data-driven programming across refugeeled initiatives.
